Delete your Corizo account

Request without the app
Email corizoapp@gmail.com.
Email from your sign-in address with subject Delete my Corizo account. State that you want your Corizo account and associated personal data deleted. If you cannot access that mailbox, ask support about secure ownership verification. Do not send a password, sign-in code, invitation code or identity documents in your initial request.
Request inside the app
House > Settings > Delete my account. You can also use Delete my account from the account setup or terms screen without creating/joining a household or accepting new terms. Leaving a household is not deletion.
What happens
An authenticated in-app request removes profile and household access immediately. Final Auth-account removal, photo cleanup and provider revocation require the backend worker. Requests by email require ownership verification. Final end-to-end processing and completion timelines are not yet verified; this pre-release build must not be treated as ready for public registration.
Retained records
Shared financial obligations and audit/history records may remain to preserve other members' records and for justified security/legal reasons. They are not assumed to be anonymous. The final retention justification and duration must be settled before release; see the Privacy policy for configured cleanup targets and current limitations.
