What to include
Describe the issue, app version, phone model and approximate time. Share screenshots only after removing private information about you and your housemates. Never send a password, sign-in code, invitation code, service key or household credentials. Support must verify identity before acting on an account.
Safety and account deletion
Signed-in users can report content and users in Profile > Safety and support > Safety tools. You can also email support about abuse, an appeal, data access or deletion. To request deletion without reinstalling the app, use the Delete account page or the configured email, identifying the sign-in email and stating that you want your Corizo account deleted. Do not send proof-of-identity documents unless a verified support process specifically requires them.
